Refund - Transfer - Defer

REFUNDS
We may refund the Balance to you (where you are no longer able to take part in the Event), at our discretion and subject to the following:
(1) we receive your request before the Refund Deadline Date; and
(2) there is an official waiting list for the Event and the next person on the waiting list has matched the Fee and any additional fee where the Event increases in price.

TRANSFERS
You may submit a written request to transfer your entry to a Transferee. We will accept such request at our discretion but subject to the following:
(1) the transfer request must be received by us before the Transfer Deadline Date;
(2) the Transferee must meet any relevant requirements notified by us to you and the Transferee;
(3) the Transferee must comply with these Terms and the Event Rules;
(4) the Transferee matches the Fee;
(5) where such transfer request is accepted, we will refund the Balance to you within 30 days of receipt of the Transferee’s Fee; and
(6) you understand and accept that we have no responsibility to find a replacement participant.

DEFERRAL
You may submit a written request to defer your entry to the next iteration of the event, we will accept such request at our discretion but subject to the following provisions:
(1) you must have already paid the Fee for the Event in full;
(2) the deferment request must be received by us before the Deferment Deadline Date; and
(3) the deferment may only be carried forward for the next iteration of the Event and cannot be deferred further
DEADLINE DATES
Refund Deadline Date: 1st July 2021
​Transfer Deadline Date: 1st August 2021
​Deferment Deadline Date: 1st August 2021
ADMIN FEE
In order for us to process refunds, transfers or deferrals there is an SiEntries charge of 5% of the Event fee applicable to all of the above.
