PRE-REQUISITES

You will need to be a competent navigator, and experienced at off-road running. We recommend that you have minimum experience of completing a 50 km ultra prior to standing on the start line of The GWU 100.

We have given a generous cut off time of 24 hours for the GWU100, but it's worth noting that you will be crossing the Black Mountains at night.

If you are unsure please get in touch and we will happily advise.

Fully-stocked checkpoints will be there when you need them most. Additional support from friends/family is allowed - we will be providing recommended locations for where support vehicles can meet you en route.

RECCE DAYS

Dave & Mike will be holding guided recce days from April 2021, further details to follow.
